Hanaka House was created for those who strive for spiritual development, self-discovery, and the search for Truth and Love. This place unites like-minded people, promotes high-quality communication and training in effective methods of spiritual practices.

Since the early 1990s, Gulmira began to study and practice various methods aimed at developing human inner potential and healing. She participated in numerous seminars and retreats, among which are R.A. Mansurova’s seminars, retreats of Osho sannyasins Swami Videha, Veet Mano, and Swami Dashi, free dance retreats of the «5 rhythms» school and «School of Movement Medicine», retreats of the Mevlevi and Naqshbandi Sufi orders, Gurdjieff movement practices, Iyengar yoga and classical Bihar school of hatha yoga classes, and others.

She completed training as an OSHO meditation instructor and devoted hundreds of hours to independent practice, adapting the acquired knowledge through the prism of personal experience.

Gulmira conducts practices in Hanaka House, sharing her experience and knowledge, and organizes retreats with invited teachers and trips to holy places.

Her approach is based on the teachings of Osho Rajneesh, the Mevlevi and Naqshbandi Sufi orders, as well as the works of G.I. Gurdjieff and R.V. Zhukovets.

Gulmira has higher education, – graduated from the State Academy of Management (NarKhoz) in Almaty with a degree in «international economist»; worked in the banking sector; is fond of painting.
